Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We’ll happily post across the UK and all over the world. Even more happily, we won’t charge you for postage on orders of more than £75 in the UK or of more than £150 overseas.

Once we’ve dispatched your order, we’ll send you an email to say so.

We use the Royal Mail Signed option as standard, which means your order will be signed in by Royal Mail and then you’ll need to sign for its safe arrival.

Here are our prices for postage and packaging, along with our estimated arrival times. Timings are based on stock being available when you place your order and you placing your order by 2pm on any given day.

Returns

If you’re not completely over the moon with your order, we’ll offer you a refund or exchange – no quibbles, no fuss.

Simply call or email us within 5 days of receiving your order and we’ll get the ball rolling.

First we’ll ask that you return the item to us unworn and fit for resale. Please post it to our head office in Hertfordshire with your proof of purchase. We suggest you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery because proof of your delivery isn’t proof of our receipt.

Once we’ve received your returned item, we’ll refund the full cost of the jewellery onto the same payment card you used to pay for it.  Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the delivery cost incurred by Royal Mail.

If your order is damaged in any way, please call or email us within 5 days of receiving the order. We’ll ask you to send us an email showing your proof of purchase and a photo of the damage. Once we’ve received your returned item, we’ll send you a full refund, including the cost of return postage.

For reasons of hygiene, we can’t accept returns for earrings.

Repairs

What is your repair policy?
ALEXI London will repair, at no charge any breakage caused by the manufacturer defect within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 30 days, or deemed to be caused by misuse or general wear and tear will incur a repair charge.

We can only accept repairs for items purchased on www.alexilondon.com. Repairs for items purchased at retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase and cannot be accepted through www.alexilondon.com.

Please note: ALEXI does not accept returns on any item that’s been worn (unless faulty).
